About Us
About ARCHANGELS
ARCHANGELS is a national movement and a platform that is reframing how caregivers are seen, honored, and supported using a combination of data and stories, through public and private partnerships. We believe shining a light on caregivers so they feel seen and honored, is the first line of care. Our Caregiver Intensity Index (CII) is designed to engage all caregivers, even those who do not see themselves in the role. The platform provides each caregiver with a ‘score’ that not only validates their experience, but crosswalks them over to the resources that exist but often go underutilized due to lack of awareness. ARCHANGELS provides communities (including states, employers, healthcare providers, and payers) with an omni-channel data-driven engagement approach that changes caregiver’s lives (as well as top and bottom lines) for the better. ARCHANGELS is part of the Rebel Health family, an organization that is working to expand our definition of health to include life — because when life goes wrong health goes wrong. Other Rebel Health initiatives include Engage with Grace and the Who Cares: Stories of Those That Do podcast.

Founding Team
Alexandra Drane
Co-founder & CEO
Alexandra is co-founder and CEO of ARCHANGELS. She co-founded Eliza Corporation (acquired by HMS Holdings Corp: HMSY), Engage with Grace, and three other companies (all boot-strapped). Her belief that communities are the front line of health has evolved into an obsession with any ‘last mile’ and builds on her fierce beliefs that caregivers are our country’s greatest asset and that we need to expand the definition of health to include life.
Sarah Stephens Winnay
Co-founder
Sarah brings 20 years of experience building data products and insights-driven consumer experiences in the healthcare space. Throughout the course of her career, Sarah has most often held titles related to Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy, for companies like Health Media, Eliza, Aetna, and Medicity. As a Co-Founder of ARCHANGELS, Sarah is thrilled to join forces with an amazing team whose passion for helping people live happier, healthier, and more productive lives is unmatched. Sarah is also proud to serve on the Board of Advisers to The Second Step, an organization that partners with survivors to address the aftermath of abuse and build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
Sarah studied Political Science at Dickinson College and has an MBA from the University of Michigan, with the requisite amount of fierce loyalty to Michigan sports. She spends any moments not focused on Rebel Health, on a baseball field somewhere, trying to pretend to not be a crazy baseball parent.

“We believe that caregivers are the backbone of our country, that under-utilized resources exist to support them, and that humans are amazing…and we’re working to knit all that together in the form of impact on lives.” - ALEXANDRA DRANE, CO-FOUNDER ARCHANGELS
